Derwent Training are pleased to welcome Darrin Stevens who joins us as our Curriculum Leader, and Trainer, for our Level 3 Team Leader and Supervisor Apprenticeship. In 2021, we expanded our offering to include Leadership and Management Apprenticeships and we are now excited to start offering these from December 2023.
The training centre are offering a hybrid study option for employees in any sector who are working in a Supervisor or Management role to upskill using the apprenticeship route. Apprenticeships are a direct investment in your business and helps you enjoy higher staff retention and morale, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The Team Leader Apprenticeship allows people to address areas such as cash flow, basic financial management, marketing and winning business, creating and managing business systems, develop strategic ability and transformational skills to ensure resilience of their business, developing interpersonal skills, and general staff management skills. Collectively developing these areas, creates high performing working practices which improve performance as employees have improved knowledge, skills and behaviours which they use to benefit productivity as well as enhance their motivation.
Businesses can train and upskill any employee to inject better leadership and management and reap the benefits in terms of turnover and growth. There is no age limit.
