Job Description:

Day to day duties will include:

Working on various CNC machines
MIG, TIG and Spot welding
Using press brakes, punches, guillotines and rollers, aiding on a laser and unloading lasered parts
Experience of using hand tools, drills, nutsert guns, rivet guns, grinders and sanders
To keep work area clean and tidy
Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements within the factory.

Qualifications Required:

All applicants must have achieved a minimum of 4 GCSEs (9-4 / A*-C) including English and Maths.

A genuine interest in engineering
The ability to be punctual and meet deadlines
A willingness to learn.

Qualifications Gained(upon completion):

Level 3 Metal Fabricator Apprenticeship Standard.
