Job Description:

You will be trained to be competent in maintaining the safety, reliability and performance of a diverse range of industrial equipment including CNC saws, automatic handling systems, laser cutting machines, remote controlled overhead gantry cranes and much more.

Daily preventative maintenance, servicing and parts replacement will include:

  • Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding and repairs
  • Programming of automated systems
  • Machine moving and installation
  • Welding and fabricating
  • Crane operation, safety and awareness
  • Communication.
Qualifications Required:

We recommend that all applicants have achieved a minimum of 4 GCSE's (Grade 4/C or above) including Maths, Science or a Technical Subject.

Applicants must also have achieved a GCSE Grade 5/B in Maths and an A-Level in Higher/Further Maths is desirable but not essential.
