We are looking to recruit 2 apprentices to work within our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Welder Fabricators to join our team at MWAM Specialist Engineers. As part of our production team, the successful candidate will develop their skills in both TIG and MIG welding, working on a variety of bespoke and production projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in welding and fabrication.

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Performing TIG and MIG welding under supervision to create high-quality components.
  • Reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings to carry out welding tasks accurately.
  • Working at a bench and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Supporting the team in achieving production goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Following engineering instructions to meet quality and safety standards.
Qualifications Required:

All applicants must have achieved a minimum of 4 GCSE's (9-4 / A*-C) including English and Maths.
