Today they operate globally, with specifications supplied everywhere from Mexico to Saudi Arabia, and their products have been used on some of the world’s most iconic buildings and developments, from Buckingham Palace to King Abdulaziz International Airport.

NEACO Ltd are looking for 2 apprentices to join their team.

Job Description:

To support the manufacturing and engineering teams in producing high-quality metal components and assemblies through hands-on learning and structured training. The Manufacturing Apprentice will gain skills in machining, fabrication, quality control, and digital manufacturing technologies while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence within a modern metal engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on Production Support
  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of metalworking machinery such as CNC mills, lathes, and other associated equipment required to fulfil duties.
  • Support fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes to meet production schedules.
  • Follow detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and digital models.
Qualifications Required:

All applicants must have achieved a minimum of 4 GCSE's (9-4 / A*-C). Including Maths and English at Grade 4 or above.

Personal Qualities:
  • Strong interest in metalworking, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Team player with good communication and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
