Our Training team
Our training team members combine real-world experience with theoretical know-how to ensure our apprentices benefit from a comprehensive approach to learning.
Coming from a variety of backgrounds including; business, oil rigging, military and engineering, they hold or are working towards teaching qualifications and Assessor and Verifier awards.
Our Business Support team
Our Business Support team work behind the scenes to make sure that all Apprenticeships are completed smoothly and quickly, as well as ensuring that our learners are supported pastorally, physically and emotionally.
Additionally, they ensure the Training Centre is safe and well maintained.
Our Board
Our Board ensures the necessary compliance and transparency required of a successful training environment. Hailing from range of local industries, they are able to bring a range of viewpoints and varying experiences to the oversight of the centre.
