Fork Lift Truck Training

Who is this course for....

This course is for anyone who uses a Fork Lift Truck as part of their job role.

Course Brief & Learning Outcome:

Fork Lift Truck training can only be offered on your premises as we do not have the equipment to offer this on DTA's premises.

Accredited

ITSSAR or RTITB Accredited. This certificate allows the delegate to work on any site on the type of Fork Lift they have been trained on. If an employee leaves  the company then the certificate can be taken with them and applied to their new workplace. This is ideal for anyone that conducts site work. 

Non-Accredited

You are only trained to use the Fork Lift Truck that you trained on and only on the site where the training took place. If an employee leaves the company, the certificate won't be valid. 

Novice Training | Maximum of 3 delegates | 5 days training

Experienced Training | Maximum of 3 delegates | 2 - 3 days training depending on delegates and their abilities

Refresher Training | Maximum of 3 delegates | 1 day training

Other Information

This course will be undertaken on your premises, and you will need your own Fork Lift to undertake the training. We do not have a Fork Lift Truck on site so this course cannot be undertaken at our training centre.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1) If making a course booking more than 2 weeks from enquiry a 50% non-refundable deposit is to be paid within 48 hours to confirm your course booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before commencement of the training. An invoice will be raised for the deposit amount upon receipt of the completed booking form. 

1.2) If making a course booking less than 2 weeks from enquiry then 100% of the course fees are due to be paid within 48 hours to confirm your course booking.

1.3) If Derwent Training Association do not receive payment for the course booking within the time-frame then your date will be offered to another customer. If final payment is not received before the deadline, Derwent Training reserves the right to cancel the course and the remaining balance is to be paid by the customer. 

1.4) For those delegates taking part in a course that requires final examination to gain certification, Derwent Training will not cover the costs of any resits required to pass the course. All resits are to be paid for by the customer. All certificates will be withheld by the training centre until payment has been received.
