Job Description:

Responsibilities will include:

Assemble high-precision manufactured parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
Utilise assembly and fitting techniques to achieve high tolerances, maintaining precision up to 0.002mm
Prepare parts for further processing, including tapping holes, de-burring, polishing, lapping etc.
Perform specialised parts cleaning procedures to ensure cleanliness and quality
Provide support in the assembly, testing and commissioning of the company's various products
Offer technical and production support to other departments involved in key production processes, such as field emission guns and emitter production
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and internal procedures, including stock management and issue reporting.

Qualifications Required:

Applicants are required to have achieved A-Levels or equivalent in Maths, Physics and Design Technology.
